1. About the Membership

The Perfect Product Formula is a weekly online membership that provides access to pre-recorded digital content released on a weekly basis.

By joining the membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Free Trial

The membership includes a 7-day free trial.

During the free trial, you will have access to Week 1 content only.

Full access to ongoing weekly content is available once the membership becomes paid.

Valid payment details are required to start the free trial.

If you do not cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

3. Content Delivery

Membership content is delivered via FGFunnels.

Content is released (dripped) on a weekly basis.

Access to future content is dependent on an active, paid membership.

4. Payment & Billing

After the 7-day free trial, you will be charged £9.97 per week on a rolling weekly basis.

Payments are taken automatically each week until cancelled.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time via the membership dashboard.

Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following week.

Once cancelled, access to the membership will end at the conclusion of the current paid week.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the membership and immediate access to content, no refunds are offered for any weekly payments already made.

7. Access & Use

Access is granted to one individual only.

Login details must not be shared.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or account sharing is identified.

8. Intellectual Property

All membership content (including videos, written materials, downloads, and recordings) remains the intellectual property of Kelly Colman.

You may not:

Copy, share, or distribute the content

Resell or repurpose the content

Use the content to create competing products or services

9. Disclaimer

The membership provides educational and informational content only. Results are not guaranteed, and you are responsible for how you implement the content provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kelly Colman shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the membership or its content.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions or the membership content at any time. Any material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
